About Our Services

Bloom Reimagined LLC provides transition coaching services to help individuals navigate major life changes. Our coaching is designed to support personal growth, goal-setting, and accountability.

Coaching is not therapy. Our services are not a substitute for mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Participate honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Take responsibility for your own choices, decisions, and actions
• Communicate promptly about scheduling changes or concerns
• Understand that results depend on your own effort and commitment

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
• No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
• Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or as outlined in your coaching agreement.
• Package payments are due in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future services with reasonable notice.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except:

• When required by law
• When there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
• When you provide written authorization

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the BLOOM Framework, text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching, are the property of Bloom Reimagined LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bloom Reimagined LLC provides coaching services in good faith to support your personal development. However:

• We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results
• You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in the state of Colorado, in accordance with Colorado law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Any unused sessions in a prepaid package are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• All confidentiality obligations remain in effect

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
